We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Commercial Operations Business Partner to accelerate commercial performance in DACH. This role is central to ensuring our regional go-to-market (GTM) teams are set up to scale effectively, with strong processes, clear accountability, and actionable insights.

As the strategic and tactical operations partner to the General Manager DACH and their Leadership team, you'll drive continuous performance improvement across the entire funnel, from lead generation to closed-won. You'll also contribute to global projects and provide backup support for other regions as needed.

What you'll be doing

___ Drive Regional GTM Execution

  • Partner with DACH Sales, Marketing, Partner and CS leaders, Finance, Data Analytics and the Enablement team to turn strategy into results by aligning planning, execution, and performance metrics

  • Support and drive performance reviews, pipeline health and forecast accuracy, and quota attainment with accountability across all sales layers

  • Drive GTM process compliance and tool adoption (CRM, Gong, etc.) across all levels to ensure data integrity and performance consistency

___ Collaborate Closely with Enablement

  • Align with the Enablement team and Sales Management to identify sales performance gaps and jointly design solutions, whether that’s training, content, process changes, or tools

  • Monitor onboarding ramp times, productivity metrics, and enablement effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with Enablement BPs to ensure feedback loops from the field are incorporated into enablement content and strategies

___ Own Regional Operational Excellence

  • Align GTM strategy across the region and provide input to planning models that are owned by FP&A business partners

  • Build and manage regional territories plans, quotas, segmentation, capacity models and collaborate with central functions on incentive plans that align with mid- term company goals

  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to provide actionable dashboards and insights to drive better decisions at every level of the funnel

  • Provide feedback between GTM leadership and Deal Desk team, allowing central functions to streamline operations, approval flows, and discounting processes to accelerate deal velocity

___ Contribute Globally

  • Provide regional coverage and support for global operations projects and team members as needed

  • Lead or co-lead global initiatives such as modelling and reporting

  • Elevate global practices by contributing insights and process improvements from your region

What you need to be successful

  • Proven Commercial Operations Experience: Strong track record of success in commercial operations within SaaS or technology environments, with clear contributions to revenue growth and business scalability, providing Sales, Partner, CS, and Marketing managers with operational clarity and insight to drive productivity and performance improvement

  • Analytical Mindset & Data Fluency: Comfortable working with data to extract insights, identify trends, and influence decision-making, using data as a strategic tool to drive action and optimize performance across the DACH market while balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution

  • DACH Regional Market Acumen: Strong grasp of the commercial landscape in the DACH region, with insight into market dynamics and trends, while remaining a collaborative global team player

  • Challenger Mentality: Confident in challenging the status quo and influencing change through thoughtful analysis and business acumen, bringing a strong presence that inspires confidence and drives initiatives with authority and clarity

  • Proactive & Results-Driven: Taking ownership, anticipating challenges, and driving initiatives from idea through execution, delivering outcomes rather than just outputs and closing gaps in processes, tooling, or execution

  • Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong project management skills with the ability to align and influence multiple stakeholders across different teams

  • Bilingual Collaborative Communication: Fluent in German and English, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and functions throughout the organization
