We're an international GTM talent acquisition team based in Germany, Canada and the US, dedicated to finding and engaging top talent for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.

As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our mission, handling the full recruitment cycle for our European GTM roles. From initial kickoff meetings to closing offers, you’ll own the entire hiring process and provide a great candidate experience, as well as participating in strategic talent acquisition projects. We act as true talent advisors to our business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and celebrate each other’s successes.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for European GTM roles, from initial kick-off meetings to complex offer negotiations, taking full ownership for your success

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, department leads, GMs, and hiring managers to proactively address challenges, build meaningful relationships with candidates to successfully engage and close them

  • Actively source new talent on LinkedIn and other platforms and build up a proactive talent network

  • Monitor the success of your pipelines with relevant data, and build dashboards to keep stakeholders informed

  • Work on global strategic TA initiatives and projects, drive our success with with improvement suggestions and mentor junior team members

What you need to be successful

  • A minimum of 5 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a Tech/SaaS/E-Commerce environment

  • Experience with recruiting for GTM or commercial teams

  • Business fluent German (C1) and English language skills (C1) are required

  • Strong active sourcing experience and a proven track record of hiring sourced candidates

  • Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders on all management levels

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality

  • A commercial, performance-oriented and data-driven mindset

  • A high affinity for technology, especially AI and AI-driven recruitment
