As a Working Student in Marketing for Campaign Management (DACH) at Staffbase, you will play a key role in supporting our regional marketing team to coordinate campaigns, align with stakeholders, and ensure smooth communication across markets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment ___ all while balancing your studies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Participate in campaign meetings, capture key takeaways, and share clear updates to ensure alignment with internal teams and DACH stakeholders.

  • Progress Tracking & Follow-Up: Monitor campaign tasks and milestones, follow up on next steps, and help ensure that timelines and priorities are met.

  • Project Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and events for the DACH region, ensuring goals are clearly defined and contributors are aligned.

  • Localization Support: Help adapt global campaigns and assets to the DACH market to ensure relevance and impact.

What you need to be successful

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders and cultural contexts.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

  • Experience creating well-structured and visually appealing presentations (e.g., PowerPoint or Google Slides) is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

  • Experience with Adobe and Canva is a plus
